We offer NZTA accredited Code of Practice for Temporary Traffic Management (CoPTTM) training workshops as well as personalised practical, theory or short course training packages for individuals, small or large organisations. We are in the business of creating well‐rounded traffic management specialists. We can coach the true potential out of your team, no matter how big or small.

Scope of Service:
Serving in the Traffic & Police Service for over 17 years and a Diploma of Highway Engineering allows me to be practical in the industry we serve. As a NZTA Trainer & STMS 2/3 Assessor & TTM Mentor trainer, Marius brings extensive experience witin the roading network, management, auditing and on site coaching.
A leader is someone that knows the way to his goals, then goes the way and lead his team to reach those goals. To motivate your team comes from working on things that you have a passion about, and working with people you care about, to achieve a positive, innovative environment that promotes safety of others and one self. I am passionate about the TTM industry, training and on site coaching to ensure the safety of all on our network.
I am an Electrical Engineer and started my career with Electrix. A NZTA authorised trainer for Level 1 TC & STMS as well as newly appointed NZTA Verifier as a 4098 Assessor. I also enjoy my role as a TMP Designer. Currently completing The NZ Certificate in Adult Education.
An NZTA trainer, Mentor, Assessor and 4098 Connexis Assessor striving to achieve excellence. As a capable NZTA STMS 2/3 Practicing involved in the TTM industry since Jan'2010 I can assist, coach and train TTM personnel to realise their full potential. Providing a practical and precise element to our TMP designs and management. I am currently working towards the Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Education as my strong point proves to be delivering knowledge to personnel within the industry.

After 50+years in the NZ Roading industry I remain passionate about teaching CoPTTM. Each one of us play our part, as experienced and knowledgeable NZTA trainers, we are given the opportunity to make a difference in this high risk industry. Through the processes, procedures and training we offer to thousands of people within this industry, I feel we are given the ideal platform to influence and educate people how to keep themselves and others safe. Making sure safety is always on our mind and getting our colleagues and team members home after a long hard day.

An Executive Assistance at Corporate level both in London and Auckland. Since returning home after 13 years in the UK, I have focussed on the Training industry putting my organisational skills to good use supporting the logistical and administrative aspects of the business. Bridget is proud mum of two primary aged children and in her ‘spare’ time she can be found performing in musical theatre productions across the city.
Having worked in the civil engineering field since 1972, I have a wide range of experience in civil surveying, highway maintenance contract work, including highway maintenance strategy planning and related TTM planning and compliance measures.
I believe that my experience of 12 years with Auckland Transport, of which the last 6 years were managing the Northern Compliance team allows me to bring my specialized technical experience to provide a broad range of temporary traffic management & worksite solutions for challenging projects and coach STMS to achieve the best outcome.
I am looking forward to the opportunity to work with TMA’s existing client base and developing new clients, to constantly see how we can lift the benchmark. I am a strong believer in lifting and encouraging people to identify their self-improvement skills and give them the confidence to achieve their true potential and goals.
TTM is my passion, coaching and improving the industry safety on the roads for Civil works is my goal. I’m a dedicated, and passionate Practising 2/3P STMS currently providing coaching, Independent audits and technical services to our clients. My career has been long and varied starting 14+ years ago in the Civil works and Directional drilling division.
I am currently working towards achieving the 4098 Assessor and NZ Certificate in Adult Education Qualification. I believe that my experience in managing crews, will enable me to bring this to future training and coaching interactions.

We believe with the right level of support to your STMS we can help empower them to deliver and maintain safe worksites through confidence.
Each attendee will receive a Traffic Management Academy temporary wallet ID Card on successful completion of the course as proof of their qualification until the NZTA Wallet ID Card is received in the post.
All Level 1 NZTA workshops are facilitated using a purpose built e-learning platform – all students are provided full training on the use of the system at the start of the course.
Attendee/s will be provided with a TM Academy device (Ace Chromebook or Samsung 10.1 Tablet) to use during the course period.
